GENERAL RESEARCH

MU Child Health researchers are devoted to understanding of the causes and treatments of disorders that affect children through research. Research efforts include basic science and clinical research in many areas, and exciting translational research efforts that bring what is learned at the research bench to the bedside.

A major goal of MU Child Health is to foster the development of the next generation of leaders in pediatric research. This aim is achieved by providing a rich environment for the training of fellows and for the development of junior faculty within the department of Pediatrics and MU School of Medicine.
